eth_getLogs returns up to 200,000 logs per response
A single eth_getLogs response returns at most 200,000 logs, on every plan. A query that matches more fails with an error instead of returning a partial result.
What to do
Keep each request under the limit: narrow the block range, or filter by address and topics. The block-range caps in Service plans still apply on top of this limit. For a paging loop, see Block-range limits on eth_getLogs and trace_*.
For wide historical scans, ankr_getLogs on the Advanced API serves indexed logs with token pagination.
