Taiko Hoodi testnet is back on Ankr RPC

Taiko Hoodi testnet is served again on Ankr RPC, at rpc.ankr.com/taiko_hoodi. The Taiko chain page now lists Mainnet and Hoodi Testnet, and its request samples call Taiko mainnet. No method limits, error codes or rate limits changed.
